The 2000 Fleetwood Southwind Storm 31W is a Class A motorhome that offers comfortable accommodations for all your travels. We purchased this unit just over 2 years ago and we consider ourselves lucky because it was our first experience with a Class A. It has taken us out each month for new adventures and brought us safely back home. This is a solid, well-maintained RV (most records since built) with a current mileage of 53,700. The Ford F53 chassis comes with the standard Triton V-10 motor. The chassis and coach batteries are all new, along with (6) Hankook tires with less than 500 miles. All the lighting has been upgraded to LED's, and the interior is in really good shape. There are (2) air conditioners, ONAN 5500 generator with only 791 hours, new Sony stereo & DVD player, 890 Garmin RV GPS, and (2) flat screen TV's. The interior is fresh, clean and ready for the next trip. The exterior has been detailed, though the graphics and awnings show wear from the sun. It has a hydraulic leveling jack system with driver side controls. Everything works, including the (2) slideouts, and the outside storage is really nice & accessible. There are paint scratches and imperfections, so it's not perfect, but that is part of living 25 active years. We so enjoyed our experience with this motorhome and hope that it will be a great introduction to the RV lifestyle.
