I am the Original Owner and I am selling this RV & have a Clear No-Lien Title. RV had 770 Miles on it, from the Delivery-Miles from Thor Factory in Indiana, when I Picked it Up at General-RV of Virginia. I then did 2 Short Local Trips Totaling 1042 Miles which brought Total Mileage to 1812 as of Today 7/13/2025. I Am Only Selling RV because of Heart Health Problems that have worsen. I do take RV around the Block here about 5 Miles ever 2 weeks just to Warm-Up Fluids in Engine & keep Battery Charged. Please Look Around, But I don't Think you will find a Better, Like-New Chateau 28Z with Ultra Low Mileage for less that my price of $76,000. My Loss is Your Gain.
