Bought brand new, non smoker, no pets, generator has never been used, always stays in an insulated building and plugged in when not in use. I have had three toy haulers with the biggest being 44’ long and this one by far has been the best.  You can haul more toys in this rig because the garage isn’t closed off to the rest of the camper. I used it to haul my Harley so no muddy toys were ever loaded inside.  It gets cleaned inside and outside after every use and is properly winterized every year.  This rig can easily be setup in 15 minutes or so. I have had toy haulers with hydraulic levelers and I definitely prefer the manual scissors jacks for stabilizing and easy of use and no maintenance.  I can include the B and W continuum hitch that operates hydraulically and is far easier to use that some of the sway bar systems.  Selling due to lack of time to use it, it gets used maybe once a year, twice at the most and has never gave me any problems, but I do maintain and check everything before and after every use.  New owner will not be disappointed, much easier to get in smaller campsites than the big toy haulers, bigger is not always better I definitely learned that.
