Up for sale is our 2019 Grand Design Reflection 312BHTS Bunkhouse trailer. We bought it new and has served us well over the last 6 years. We just haven't had any trips planned with it this year and we might not be able to go out next year. With our kids being older now, we don't have a need for a bunk house now. I have a clear title for it (no liens). No leaks. Includes 50 Amp surge protector, 30' 50A cord, water pressure regulator with gauge, water hose, leveling pads, Blue Ox hitch.

We really love the amount of storage space this rig has. Lots of space for food, pans and other things in the kitchen area. The 12 cu ft refrigerator is larger than most RV refrigerators out there, so lots of room for food there too. The bunk house has its own closet area plus a sliding door so your kids have their own area. There's also a TV in the bunk area. The outdoor kitchen is nice with a sink, refrigerator and light. Lots of storage up front. The Reflection series is a major upgrade from other RV brands out there. It's built well. This trailer is over $80k new.

Some highlights:

- 2 Air Conditioners (15k BTU main and 13.5k BTU Front bedroom). Both feed the same ducts throughout the RV so you can have just the front one on and it'll blow air into the living area.

- Goodyear Endurance tires just put on 2 years ago. (Made in USA)

- Dry hitch weight: 960lb

- 9400lb unladen weight, 10,995 GVRW. I recommend a 3/4 ton or better to tow this.
