2018 VanLeigh Vilano 369FB. I have been living full time in this RV for the past 5 years. I have kept up with everything on it. This trailer should be ready for someone to use for the next 10 years. I recently purchased a generator for power outages, $2000 and I havent even used it yet. I installed a cargo carrier on the back to transport the generator as well. I just replaced the seal in the toilet and the toilet seats. The furnace was rebuilt in November, and the fireplace was replaced in November as well. It should stay plenty warm in the winter. I just had the AC coils cleaned and there blowing cold air as there supposed to, to keep it cool in the summer. I had a custom skirt made by Cambridge Customs costing $2800. Just this weekend I purchased a brand new kitchen set, tables and chairs, a brand new pull out Couch and 2 brand new recliners from RecPro. I also just had VeteranRV Repairs replace the kitchen/living room linoleum floor. The place looks great. It has a full bath with his/her sinks, shower, big closet, washer and dryer, plus a half bath with toilet and sink. I just replaced the televison as well with an LG 54" Roku TV back in March. I have cleaned and flushed all the drain tanks weekly. Also every summer I have drained, vacumed out, and de-limed the water heater. The trailer should be good to go. The full size stainless LG refrigerator and freezer are plenty big for a weeks worth of groceries for several people. Cell Service is real bad where Im currently working.
