RV Description
Located in Ostrander, Ohio.
2017 Roadtrek "SS Agile", Class B camper van on a Mercedes chassis. 29,000 miles on the odometer, this camper van is ready to go.
Kitchen: Dual propane stovetop, Fridge, oven/microwave combo, sink and roof vent. Fridge is electric only, not a combo propane/electric.
Roof vent has modern thermostat control with a automatic rain sensor.
Equipped with electric powered awning.
Unit is equipped with an underhood generator that charges the cabin batteries while you drive. Cabin batteries are two x 200ah lithium batteries equipped with BMS plus and underhood AGM deep cycle. With the green switch to the left of the steering wheel in the on position; the engine will turn itself on to charge the batteries if it detects that they are low, automatically.
300w of solar on the roof to charge while parked. Updated solar charger to more modern model with Bluetooth capability for easier monitoring if you enjoy that kind of thing like I do.
Add-ons:
I added an Eberspacher airtronic diesel fuel-air heater. This is not a cheap Chinese model. Tied to the auxiliary fuel line, so you have two options for heat if you want to just use propane for cooking instead of with the original furnace.
The unit only had one owner before myself and was barely used. The under side was immaculate and rust-free, so when I purchased it, I had it undercoated with ziebart in Marion.
Door jams and any areas I thought might be prone to rust have been treated with Leer chemical corp "ACF 50" anti corrosion formula that was designed for use on sea planes in a high salt water environment.
Added temp sensitive cooling fan to solar charger for hot days. Fan only works when it is hot out + you are receiving solar so that it is not a constant drain on the battery.
Line is run to the shore power, so that if you want to run a generator separately, you don't need to get an extension cord out each time. I also have run a line that is for direct use with the A/C unit if that's the only thing you wanted to power separate from batteries.
Cons: The driver seat has quite a lot of wear from use, this is a common "known issue" with these particular units. I enjoyed this unit and used it A LOT. Check out the pics. The couch in the back is starting to wear as well, but nothing like the driver seat.
Please contact me with any questions, I'm a night shifter at present, so I will try to get back when I can if you contact me during the day.
For serious inquiries, I have someone who is happy to show the unit in Ostrander most any weekday or weekend if he isn't busy and I can't get out there to show the unit myself for some reason.
