This 27-ft bunkhouse weighs 4,730 lb dry, so most half-ton trucks or large SUVs can tow it. A single slide opens the main cabin, giving space for the U-shaped dinette. Up front is a true 60 × 80 aftermarket memory foam in queen bed with solid doors; in back, double-over-double bunks handle adults as easily as kids. The dinette drops to a bed, allowing up to eight sleepers.

Recent work includes brand-new radial tires, a new slide motor and guide, and a roof inspection in August 2024. Power comes from twin AGM batteries for long off-grid stays. An aftermarket electric tongue jack eases hitching. All hoses, cords, and chocks stay with the trailer.

The galley carries a three-burner stove, oven, microwave, and gas-electric fridge, and it sells with dishes, cookware, and a drip coffee maker already on board. Outside, the kitchen adds a two-burner cook-top, fridge, and spray port. Command hooks throughout keep gear off the floor. A 13,500 BTU A/C, ducted furnace, and power awning round out the comfort list.

I store the trailer under a full cover year-round; the cover is included. I will give the buyer a stem-to-stern walk-through and show every switch, valve, and winterization step.

The trailer carries a Colorado rebuilt title only because hail damaged the rubber roof membrane 5 years ago. A licensed RV shop installed a new membrane and replaced any compromised decking; the work then passed Colorado’s rebuilt-inspection process. No frame, wall, or axle damage ever occurred, and insurance has covered it normally since.
