New Horizon specializes in Custom made Luxury-Built 5th wheels. Majestic model is their premium line. It is handcrafted and not mass produced. Cabinets are custom real knotty cherry wood built by their own cabinet shop. Beautiful real wood floors. Amazing detail in electrical wiring harness and plumbing runs. 12" steel I beam frame. Extremely high quality. These are popular for full time living and those seeking comfort for remote working, traveling nurses, and luxury comfort vacationers. We don't do hotels because of bedbugs and filth so this works better for us. Easily hauled by our 1-ton Chevrolet. Handles well. Triple axels by MOR/RYDE which are independent suspension. It has an automatic full coach leveling system by Quadra. Weight is 22815 LBS. 4 slides. Roomy and comfortable. 50 AMP service.
Dometic Fridge/freezer with wood panels on door, beautiful. A 3 sealed burner gas stove top only with piezio ignition and cabinets underneath. Whirlpool Microwave/ convection combo. Double stainless-steel sink with porcelain tile back splash. High mount faucet with sprayer. Microban water filter for drinking faucet. Lots of kitchen cabinets with pull out drawers in large pantry. I have room for Costco sized Bounty paper towels!!! Beautiful Island with cabinets, drawers and a place to put garbage can. Corian solid service counter tops, easy to keep clean and durable. Pedestal real wood table with leaves and 2 extra chairs.
Entertainment center has a large Samsung unsmart TV that I hook a Roku up to. It has equipment to hook up the surround sound. I am not savvy for such things, and I am not interested in that stuff, so I didn't learn how to use it. Cabinetry is beautiful. It has an electric fireplace that puts out heat. It has plenty of storage and closes up for travel. There is a full-size couch with recliners on both sides and a love seat with recline. A wood coffee table and end table. Central Vacuum. Shades.
Bathroom has ample storage and lighted medicine cabinet. Large shower with a new shower head and an insulated sky light. I have yet to run out of hot water while showering. There is electric/gas 12-gal hot water heater.
The toilet is a porcelain full size. Sits nicely. It is in its own water closet.
Ariston Washer and an Ariston Dryer. They work perfectly.
Solid wood pocket door between bath & living room. Beautiful double pocket door between bedroom and bathroom.
Bedroom is queen size, large cedar closet, plenty of cabinets and chest of drawer, and a handy cedar lined hamper. Under the bed frame that lifts up there is plenty of storage. Theres a TV.
