RV Description

A smoke/pet/child-free camper. Used for three short trips. A total of less than 800 miles. No wood all composite material, including the floor trailer. Built in the Amish country of Sugar Creek, Ohio. My wife and I have spent close to $6,000 for the extra upgrades, not including sales tax or the labor we paid for, or for the many months of planning, ordering, and labor we did on it ourselves. Added such things as lithium 100Ah battery (Inside), a DC/DC charger (Included with this will be the necessary 6ga wire and 60amp fuse for your tow vehicle), two propane tanks, a Maxxaire rain censor deluxe with remote roof fan, new 30 Amp "Smart Plug", rear cargo rack/carrier/heavy duty-vinyl bag, rear backup camera & monitor, new tongue jack, a much better easy to use and safer coupling, two aluminum lockable tool boxes added to the front, new LED reading lights, new kitchen faucet, lining for the commode, new bed type mattresses custom made for the twin bed setup we make, tire and camper covers, a wing visor awning, and so much more that includes all necessary locks, hoses, water filter, and new inside wall decorations. We have a spreadsheet with almost all the items we bought. Will gladly email it to you. We removed the inside rear cabinet to make more headroom. I'll include all that with the camper. We removed all the cushions except the two ratchet cushions to make the twin bed setup. I'll include those too, of course. I installed, easy to remove, a rear overhead shelf with removable baskets that hold more and are easier to use than the cabinet was. We made this into an easier-to-use to use, faster-to-set-up and take-down camper than the original. More comfortable too. Ready to go, nothing else needed. Ready for years and decades of easy travel and camping. This is the Boondocking edition, but with the added lithium battery and extra solar charger I installed for our extra solar panels, it's more truly ready for dry camping. We are almost eighty years old, and health issues have sprung up on us quicker than we hoped for or we'd still be using this. I can drive a reasonable distance to show this to you for an agreed-upon cost to you. Just the cost for me to do that. When you complete the purchase, I'll deliver it free after full payment within 200 miles of my home in Putnam County WV. If you want a ready-to-use camper easy to tow and store, one you can dry camp with, this is it. Better than new.

It has the Alde hot water system for both hot water and radiant heating. So effective and quiet. It has no roof top AC, it has a forced AC air system with ducts, like is in your house. It has three ducts. It has a Jensen entertainment system, includes a af/am radio and a tv with a dvd player. A 12v fridge, two two-burner propane stove top and a stainless steel sink. A wet shower with a cassette toilet and small sink. A 19 gal freshwater tank, a 18 gal grey tank, the cassette holds 5gal. Two propane tanks and a 100Ah lithium battery.
