The 2022 HEARTLAND Milestone 386BH is a great camper for family or entertaining. Plenty of space. We picked this layout to ensure our kids had their own seperste space at night and the main bedroom up top is a good distance away from the others so no one is listening to you snore or hearing the other persons down below moving around. The separate bathrooms are fantastic as well. To us sleep is imperative and not listening to your family or guests use the bathroom at night is a great bonus with the full bathroom at the back. The a/c units blow cold cold air and the camper stays comfortable even in 100 degree days.

Tires are less than a year old ($1300 for those) and the serious ply that won’t bulge and will get you around reliably.
