We absolutely love this trailer but life has become too busy to use it as often as we hoped. The tires are in great shape since we didnt really put much milage on it. Weve put in a new battery this spring. Its been well maintained, seals checked frequently and fixed when required, no bubbling on the exterior, roof is in great shape, wheels are packed, etc.

The trailer features a full kitchen with lots of storage, a dinette that converts to a bed, a sofa that folds out to another bed, an entertainment center with a TV and speakers throughout for music, a large bathroom with a good sized shower, and a king bedroom with plenty of room and a separate entrance. The roof is fully walkable with a ladder, electric awning, jacks and slide.

The following is work/modifications weve done to the trailer:
-We replaced the factory king mattress with a better quality king mattress.
-Small damage was caused from our dog on a bit of flooring and a wood panel. Weve repaired the damage and it looks like new, but the asking price has been lowered to consider the purchaser may prefer to fully replace these with new.
-We replaced the skylight in the bathroom as it had a crack in it.
-We reversed the sofa and dinette locations so the sofa is at the TV.
-We removed the back recliners so we had space for a shoe rack and the dog kennel.
