RV Description
YEAR ROUND COMFORT. Luxury at a reasonable price. My wife, 14 year olf golden retriever and I hit the road in it in October, 2023. Mostly in Oregon. Suzette is still working so we needed a not-so-tight travel distance. The RVs name is "Thor". (We had a moment of a complete lack of creativity, but turns out, she is...) We purchased her in Boise, ID from a private party, and drove her the 400 miles to Salem Oregon with one overnight in Redmond, OR. Our first Boondock right out of the gate. Did I mention that Thor came with a "toad"? A 2007 Escpace Hybrid. It's not for sale, but it tracked behind Thor as if it wasn't there. We covered tlhree mountain ranges with steep climbs and tight curves. Not a single issue.
Thor has been maintained on all regular schedules for drlivetrain and chassis. With the house, we've replaced the house converter, upgraded the switch panel (circuit breaker, associated wiring), hot water tank flushed, brand new motorized doorstep, The awning was just a year old when purchased.. We replace the aft support arm after a bad thunderstorm. The ceramic toilet is 6 months old.
