RV Description
Jayco Greyhawk 31SS with Ford E450 chassis. Only 24,000 miles! Recently tuned-up Onan Generator with only 101 hours on it. New tires. No rust. We’ve taken it on many long distance trips and had no mechanical issues whatsoever. New power awning (grey). It does NOT have auto-leveling jacks, but I have never had issues with the standard levelers. Roof is in good shape, sealed up tight. All appliances work perfectly (A/C, furnace, propane, Norcold refrigerator/freezer, 3 burner stovetop with oven, microwave, 2 flatscreen TVs). Septic system well-maintained. All plumbing in good condition (walk-in shower, toilet, sinks, hoses, etc.) The slide-out works perfectly. There are minor cosmetic defects, such as peeling on the seats and the sofa. I am willing to negotiate the price in order for you to repair or replace these items. Carpet and flooring in good condition. Never had pets. No leaks. All electrical systems work.
