we replaced the bed with a sleep number bed that has two different settings for each side

It includes a new flatscreen TV.

We removed the couch and installed a desk with a chair

it uses a 30 amp service. We have all kinds of extension cords and surge protectors that go with it.

It’s fully stocked with kitchen utensils knives cups. Even a Keurig coffee maker.

The only thing wrong with it is the water pump has gone bad. If you hook up to City pressure it works perfectly. If you want to go off gridding it will require it to be replaced.

The awning does need to be cleaned

The only thing not included is the computer and printer otherwise everything is included
