This is the top of the line for family friendly pop-up trailers! When not in use, it’s been stored in our garage since purchased in 2018. Used 2-4 times/year for trips to Tahoe, SoCal beaches, and deserts.  1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed (U-shaped dinette), and one fold-down couch for small child. Fresh water: 26gal, gray water: 12gal, black water: 12gal. True wet-bath rv toilet that drains to black tank (no cassette). Fully functioning A/C, heater, quiet cool fan, refrigerator, microwave,  3 burner glass top gas stove & oven, water pump, hot water heater, audio system, & tv (never used). LED lighting inside & under awning. Hanging pantry, large hanging clothes bar, mesh storage net for above bed, bunk LED light with fan, heated mattresses, additional free-standing table for couch or outdoors, additional outdoor shower, never-used exterior grill. 4 stabilizer jacks, power tongue, double axels (gives extra stability & a life saver with a flat tire), electric brakes, and anti-sway bar. Solar prep kept us easily boondocking for a week with our portable solar panel (not included).  Dual  batteries & dual 20lb LP tanks.  New tires & new CO sensor in 2024. Amazing cargo capacity of 1302lbs!
This unit has been well loved and has some scratches inside, a few ripped seams on tent stitching (not exposed to outside), some staining on tent bed windows, vinyl degradation on seat cushions (now covered with cloth covers)  and the bottom slide panel of the door came out of its track, but we’ve duct-taped it in place for years. The exterior screen on the door is not damaged. Our kids are moving out and we are ready to downsize. Make us an offer!
