Four-season unit with comfortable living space. Rear living room with single electric slide-out. Sleeps 4. Queen bed and Air mattress sofa with storage. Has the optional free-standing dinette with 4 storage chairs. Awesome amount of kitchen storage between pantry and deep drawers at entry. Also large cupboard above sink with lazy susan. This model is in Cougar's half-ton towable series. Length approximately 28' 9".

Has the Polar Package Plus which offers enhanced insulation. After market add on back hitch welded to frame. We put on for bike rack, one e-bike and one regular bike and holds very sturdy. Has outside shower. Awning is electric and in good shape, no tears or issues. Unit has 2 gray water tanks, one for kitchen and another for shower and bathroom sink. We have been able to stay a full week before needing to empty. Helpful if you don’t have full hookup.

Note in pictures roof patch front passenger side. This has been patched and does not leak nor has there been any leak damage as it was patched immediately. (In process of professional repair) Also note fiberglass repair in shower also in pictures. Everything is in good working order.

Receiver attachment for truck bed also available to buyer of trailer for $100 if interested. Will NOT sell separate from trailer.
