RV Description
Second owner. Bought Mar 2025. Upgrading to larger 5th wheel. Prior owner stored it under shelter for 3 yrs with only the front exposed. I had all seals inspected (great), suspension torqued, and wheel bearings greased. 43 Roku TV and upgraded sound system (it rocks!). "Fireplace" heater puts out plenty of heat for cool nights. Had to run the 35,000btu furnace a couple times and it warmed up nicely! 50amp service with Watchdog surge protector. KING BED mattress is only 3mo old. Solar panels keep the batteries charged that run the spacious 12Volt fridge while rolling down the road. Previous owner had hitch installed professionally - $1,000! And dual 6volt batteries which never ran low on us with the solar charging them. GMC style backup camera is installed and it is prewired for a Furrion backup camera we installed one, but keeping it. Includes pictured R3 Recurve weight distribution hitch with easy anti-sway adjustment ($650). Discovered this trailer doesn't need anti-sway though unless there are really strong crosswinds! Has an enclosed and heated underbelly. I'm 6ft 2in and have a couple inches to spare in the shower!! Stinky slinkies, water hoses, and more included as well!!
