Purchased in the spring of 2022 from LazyDays in Knoxville, TN the owners had the trailer moved to Pigeon Forge Landing in Pigeon Forge, TN to set up as place to stay when they were visiting the Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area and as a temporary residence while they found a new home. You will not find a cleaner one for sale and no pets were ever in coach at all.
It has several factory options including the King Bed and a 3rd 15000 BTU Air Conditioner. The owners also had a Splendide stackable washer and dryer installed and will include a B&W Companion 5th wheel hitch with the sale.
The Roof was cleaned and guard applied and all three Air Conditioners were serviced/ cleaned 5/1/2025
New Samsung Residential Refrigerator was installed in May as well
The trailer was brought down to Lexington closer to the owner's home and has been in protected storage since earlier this year.
The total miles on the chassis is 325. She is truly a "Park Princess"
