This model was purchased brand new in 2021 (original owner) and includes the solar package! The refrigerator runs from the battery / solar and provides much more space than a traditional propane refrigerator. Load the groceries up days before your trip and never have to worry about leveling the RV just right to make sure the fridge will work or worry about the fridge turning off during travel.

The master suite includes a queen size bed and I’m willing to include a sealy posturepedic mattress for full asking price. The kids will enjoy 2 double bunk beds. The jackknife sofa converts into another double bed, and the dinette converts into another double bed for extra sleeping capacity.

This is a 3 season camper! The air conditioner is 13.5k BTU and provides ample cooling while the heater keeps the entire camper and the underbelly warm. We’ve camped in below freezing temps just fine. The 2 20lbs propane tanks provide plenty heat. The hot water heater can run off from electric or propane, or both at the same time to get the water warm quickly right before a shower. The shower itself is quite large and provides plenty of space without feeling cramped.

Grand design is known for their quality campers and this camper does not disappoint! The 265BH continues to be their most popular floor plan and for good reason!

Just upgraded the battery this season, upgraded tires to Goodyear Endurance 2 seasons ago. In all honesty I wouldn’t even be selling this camper if we had more time

to use it. Both of my daughters are in travel softball and we just don’t have the time to go camping that we used to have. I’m hoping another family will get to use it to make unforgettable memories as we have!
