The 312BHTS floor plan boasts multiple sleeping areas, including a master bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and two bunk beds in a separate room. The 2 primary mattress were replaced with Wilderness RV Mattresses at an expense of over $1,500 making it ideal for housing 6 adults comfortably. The living area has been upgraded in 2025 with a cozy Flexsteel brand sofa ($1,200) and 2 after market power recliners from Costco ($800), perfect for relaxing or enjoying the fireplace and meals. The original dinette furniture is stored indoors and is available. As a couple, we found the dinette to be an uncomfortable waste of space. You are welcome to reinstall the dinette.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a large refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of storage space for all your cooking essentials. The bathroom includes a spacious shower, toilet, and sink, ensuring convenience and comfort during your travels. 

The 312BHTS model also includes numerous amenities such as a power awning, outdoor kitchen, entertainment center, and solar panel pre-wiring, offering convenience and entertainment options for outdoor adventures.

Other upgrades include improved A/C air flow, premium smart TV sound bar and water filtration. The Equalizer 12K Lb weight distribution hitch is included ($1,000). All black and gray tank hoses and multiple attachments are included. Regular annual maintenance privately through North Texas RV in Krum and Rolling Wrenches' Jason McDonald Mobile RV Repair. MORryde manual cord and hose storage reels plus all basement tools included as needed. Furion backup camera ($500) and in cab monitor added and included. In addition to the electric front and rear stabilizing jacks on the trailer, I have 4 manual height adjustable tripod stability jacks that are used at camping sites to diminish further motion caused by walking back and forth in the trailer.
