We purchased this trailer from the original owner in 2019. I used it for out of state work accommodations for approximately 3 years. It is very comfortable as a home away from home. The factory tires were replaced in 2020 with Continental HTL2 Long Haul tires that are rated at 75mph and 6005 lbs. each. The furniture was reupholstered in 2024. The LR TV was replaced with a Samsung UN55DU6900F in 2024. All systems and appliances are in good working order. We are selling this trailer because we have decided to change to a Class A.
