Great condition 39000 miles. We are only selling because bought a newer one. Best layout with slide and corner bed. Lots of space in small unit. Well maintained diesel engine with regular oil changes. There are a few age related cosmetic Issues: Diamond shield protector on top has deteriorated from age. It still blocks rocks,. but looks dirty. 2; the seats started to flake, so we covered them with Coverking Rhino-hide covers. Lastly, the awning is starting to separate in a couple spots.
