Clear title - Cash only, no trades. The 1st owner lived in So. Calif and had the conversion done locally. The last owner lived in Gardnerville, NV and had it for less than a year. He was young with a growing family and it was no longer financially viable. I bought it 4 years ago and my wife and I really enjoyed annual trips to Yellowstone and other destinations. I am 80 years old and have a progressive illness and the time has come to let it go. It is 21 feet from the front bumper to the back of the storage box on the rear of the unit. Easy to park and has a backup camera.

Vehicle clearance in 9'10" - 3.0-liter V6 Diesel, A/C on the dash, Alpine radio/CD, Navigation, backup camera, driver's seat and passenger seat swivel 180 degrees.

Mechanically this vehicle is in great shape. I have had it serviced every 10k miles. I bought a new Alpine radio/entertainment unit, installed running board step plates for easier entry. That's it over 4 years.

The van was converted to a class B motorhome.
