RV Description

THIS VEHICLE HAS BEEN SOLD.

The 2004 Roadtrek Popular 190 is a Class B motorhome that boasts a sleek and compact design perfect for those looking to explore the open road in style and comfort. With not much more than 100K miles on the odometer (it just turned to 100,000 miles about a week ago), this well-maintained RV at 32K OBO is ready to take you on your next adventure.

Both leather bucket seats do swivel (see picture).

Please feel free to view the attached YouTube video where you can see the specific layout and various features of this Roadtrek!

This RV van is the 30-year anniversary edition! Since I've owned it, it has been very lightly used. Check out the beautiful leather bucket seats at the front. The tires are like new. The 3-way fridge/freezer works in all three ways (propane, AC, and DC). I recently drove the RV to the auto parts store and had the motor battery replaced with a new one that came with a 36-month warranty. While at the parts store I also had the alternator checked, and it’s fine. The AC unit, the furnace, and the water heater are all functional. There are two water tanks (summertime and wintertime tanks) just in case you are camping where there’s no water hook-up. There are both indoor and outdoor showers. There is an inverter. There is a small flat-screen TV. The Onan GenSet Generator, handy when you are at a campground with no electrical hookup, shows that it has only about 30 hours of operation. Otherwise this RV has a 30-amp connection for shore power hookups and a handy city water hose that push-locks on the RV. Plus, the undercarriage was treated a few years ago and will be treated again in a few days (see undercarriage picture). It will be ready for the buyer. The whole RV, inside and out, looks quite sharp: Just look at the pictures!

I'm "throwing in" a set of items to sweeten a possible deal so you won't have to buy these if you don't already have them. Here is a list of items I am giving away to whomever buys the RV:

a) The odd-sized one-and-one-sixteenth nut socket for tightening/untightening the anode nut of the water heater, which comes with a half-an-inch socket wrench adapter (this is needed for the winterization and dewinterization procedures)

b) The 30-amp surge protector that connects the RV electrical line to the shore power to safeguard the RV electrical system against possible surges from the camping ground power.

c) The water pressure regulator to ensure that the water pressure of the "city water" is regulated at a safe PSI for the RV plumbing

d) A manual pump to get all the winterizing substance (also provided in three large bottles) in the plumbing water lines before winter (at end of camping season)

e) Last OLF on 7-21-25.

f) Motor battery replaced in July 2025

g) Coach battery replaced in July 2025.

h) Undercarriage completed in 7-31-25: The undercarriage was pressure-washed and a rust-barrier rubberized paint that bonds to the metal was sprayed onto the underside of the RV (see the three pictures of the underside that I've added today).
