This large destination RV is the perfect solution for families, grandparents and hunters/outdoor enthusiasts. It has all the upgrades available and sleeps 7 comfortably with the upstairs rooms. This RV would be ideal parked by a lake, river or the beautiful outdoors with massive windows to enjoy the views. It would work great as a guest house and can be used year around due to efficient heaters, underbelly heat to prevent freezing and auxiliary heater in the master bedroom. There are 3 large pop outs giving you the additional square footage for added comfort.
We bought this RV new and it has no road miles after moving it in.

The Exterior has the fiberglass/gelcoat to prevent hail damage. It has all aluminum structure on
16 center sidewalls. There is no give when walking on the roof. Electric 12 awning with LED night lights and an additional light by the patio doors. Duel pane, tinted windows and lots of them. 2, 1500 BTU air conditioners & 20 gallon hot water heater!

Kitchen & Living area has 19.6 cu. Ft. Stainless steel French door refrigerator with pull out freezer and ice maker. Large stove /convection oven with 4 burners. Stainless 30 microwave above the stove. Ceiling fan and power fan in ceiling. Coffee/wine bar, lots of cupboard space, duel garbage in the cupboard. Kitchen island with solid surface counter and under counter stainless sink. It has a flip-up counter for serving or seating additional people. Murphy pantry behind the tv/fireplace that holds more storage than you can fill! There is a central vacuum system included. Living area has large screen tv, electric fireplace for additional heat and relaxation, luxury queen size sofa bed, two electric theater recliners & UBS
charging ports. There is a table the seats 4 and has an additional pull out leaf for expansion. All windows have solar shades to keep RV cool or warm while still viewing the scenery. In addition there are black out shades.

Bathroom has 48x30 fiberglass shower with seat, glass doors, full body shower strip or just use the single shower head. Good size vanity & medicine chest/mirror, porcelain toilet, exhaust fan, extra storage for linens & LED night light under the vanity.

Main bedroom has a luxury king bed and mattress that sleeps like a dream! There are reading lights above the bed, UBS ports beside bed, 6 drawer dresser with flip up top for more storage, flat screen tv. Black out shade only in bedroom. Good size closet for clothes and additional close with stackable front load waster and dryer. There are LED lights under dresser. Additional heater for added comfort in cold weather.

Upstairs there is a room with two twin hybrid mattresses bought new for extra comfort, a closet and additional shelving. Second room has a twin size thick mat for sleeping. Recessed lights and vent fans.

There is also a large composite deck with rails that was built for this RV to access both doors. It can be removed from footings and moved if you are interested.

These RVs are heavier and will stay put when you park them. With all the high winds we have had it stays put and is solid.
