Our Kat is a Generation 2 from 2022 (sturdier frame) and has less than 5,000 miles. Weighs 1200 lbs and we tow with a Subaru Outback. It has always been stored under a roof or indoors; it fits in a standard garage. It has an extended pop up so it is 63 tall when open. Accessories include Zamp 100W solar panels, auxiliary electric brakes, refrigerator, screen door that works, and organic cotton futon that makes it very comfortable.
