2020 Northwood Nash 22H for sale. Pre-covid build (closed on it in March of 2020). Solid as a rock, Northwood manufactured heavy duty chassis that has great ground clearance. Always serviced at Boardman RV in Pueblo (where we purchased it) with regular sealing, inspection, etc. It has always been stored at our home under a carport. THERMAL PANE WINDOWS. Keeps the heat out in summer, the cold out in winter and noise out at all times. 190 W of Zamp solar (dealer installed), pre-wired for a generator, large fresh, gray and black tanks, 2 - 30 lb propane tanks, 10G gas/electric hot water heater, TV, DVD, speaker system, 15K a/c which is ducted and very quiet and gas furnace. LED lights, electric awning with tilt, quality/comfy mattress, no pets. 2 reversible fans. We will include the Equalizer hitch, Progressive Industries Electrical Management System (worth $300), heated hose, wheel covers, 50A adapter, rear camera, and TPMS (tire pressure management system) plus items needed for normal use such as chocks, hoses, etc. This unit has such a great layout. During the day you can open the curtain between the bedroom area and living/kitchen so that it seems very spacious but when you want privacy in the bed area you can close the curtain. Even though it is an "east-west" bed, most of the bottom of the bed is open so you can get in and out without difficulty. TONS of storage - under bed, under sofa, under dinette, huge cabinet in the bathroom, lots of overhead cabinetry. Nice size gas/electric fridge with separate freezer, 3 burner stove with oven and vent, double sink. Porcelain toilet, generous sized shower. Only 24'7" long so fits in all of those 25" spaces including national parks. It is hard to find a model that is under 25" with no slide but has a full time short queen bed, a jackknife sofa, and a dinette (which makes a small bed),
