RV Description

This R-Pod 180 is ready to go off the grid, RV parks, state and national parks across the country. I upgraded this Travel trailer by professionally welding a U-beam bumper w/ reinforced spare tire rack to carry a locking 4 bike rack and 2 hitch for a cargo basket or e-bike rack. The original R-Pod tire rack snapped off in Idaho on a trip and had to place the tire and rack in the RV till we reached Wenatchee, WA took a week to fix. I attached a tongue mounted generator tray, wired a 4000W inverter, rear view camera, plumbed an outside propane grill, added blue ray dvd player & satellite radio and TV, bluetooth sound system indoor/outdoor speakers, awning, & outdoor rug. It comes with plates, utensils, pots and pans, linens, pillows, leveling blocks, portable 200W solar panels that plug into the factory port, electric 1/2 drill for the stabilizer feet, 30 amp power cord w/ adapters, AC, and ceiling fan. Also, included a trailer hitch w/ friction sway bar very expensive to have made. I recommend adding an electric brake enhancer to your vehicle it really helps on our mountain roads. The floor plan has a separate shower and dry toilet area w/ sink and lots of storage. It has a 3 power refrigerator w/ propane, battery and 120AC. You can run the fridge and charge the battery while traveling using the hauling vehicle. The hauling vehicle can run the RV if the RV battery dies saved me off grid. It holds 30 gal fresh, 6 gal hot water, black/grey 30 gal. Outdoor shower nozzle for cleaning or showering. I upgraded the grey/black water connection after the original snapped off and added a heavy duty sewer line w/ adapters for all situations. There are no roof leaks now or ever. I renewed the moldings on the roof and the rubberized sealing for the fans, AC and vents in the past year. The floor is solid no visible warping or leaks. I believe Forest River improved many of the model issue prior to this 2018 model. Tires are in good shape only filled w/ nitrogen and covered all year. I included the RV cover to protect the RV all winter. This R-Pod is washed 2 times or more times per yr and washed after every outing. We keep the interior very clean all the time. I have fixed and upgraded most if not all of the issues noted by on-line R-Pod reviewers so I thinking its is better than a new R-Pod. I know that when you buy this R-Pod you will be more than satisfied. We are selling our beloved R-Pod because we are traveling more overseas and to see our Granddaughters and family around the US.
