Upgrades include new floor, added a hole in the floor for the pedestal table so the slide-out isnt necessary to put up the table, storage organizer above the oven, shoe rack, LED Lights, and other small conveniences.

Rig has minor dents and scratches expected of its age. Known issues include missing paint on the front hood, missing reflectors, passenger side seat wear and tear, faded decals, roof maintenance is needed, and rear bedroom window blind permanently closed.

Regular maintenance (Service A & B) including oil change, fuel filter, etc. were also performed per schedule.
