All systems are working, AC, stove, refrigerator (gas/electric), water system, black tank (stored with preservative), grey tank (empty), potable tank (stored empty), awning in good condition, electrical in good condition. Dual 25 lb regulated propane tanks, front stone guards, all windows in good condition, recent reseal. Hand spray handle needs replacement, rear ceiling vent missing knob (on order), minor carpet stains. Entertainment system (TV, stereo with disc player) working well. Price includes full set of freshly laundered linens, towels and bed covers/blankets, kitchen materials, bike rack. Heater good, hot water tank good, battery may be marginal, AC works but is noisy. Lavatory clean and functional. A full set of kitchenware, plates, glasses, blender and adjustable storage bars. The Safari body has some peeling, two small dings, no dents.
