List of modifications and improvements:

-Slide toppers on 3 of 4 slides (4th slide won't allow for slide topper because of awning)
-200watt solar package with 2 Firefly lithium batteries
-6 point hydraulic auto leveling system
-Splendide washer dryer combo (love this thing)
-Fotile sink and dishwasher combo (love this thing even more)
-Bunk room was transformed into 2 year old girls room with crib (not included, room will be emptied besides built in storage upon sale).
-One half of the dinette was turned into a custom hidden litter box storage (can remove and replace chairs if requested.

This is a well taken care of RV but we are looking to downsize to something smaller. Price is competitive and firm at the moment but will have more wiggle room in August 2025.
