This has been a great family trailer for us. At 31 feet, it's roomy enough for everyone but still manageable to tow — you don't need a huge truck.

Why we're selling: We used this mainly for sleeping while building our house, so it's barely been lived in. Almost zero road miles, appliances hardly used, and it's been stored indoors the whole time. No smoking, no pets, clean title.

What makes it work for families:

Sleeping setup — Private queen master with doors on both ends (nice to have your own space), plus a bunkhouse slide in back with 3 bunks. The big 14-foot slide has a couch and dinette that also convert to beds. Plenty of room so kids aren't on top of each other.

Outdoor kitchen — This was huge for us. Sink, mini-fridge, and 2-burner stove right outside. Cook breakfast while the kids are getting ready inside, or grill dinner while they play outside.

Entertainment — 32" TV with DVD player and Bluetooth stereo. Speakers inside and out. Keeps everyone happy on rainy days or quiet evenings.

Comfort features — Good A/C for hot days, furnace for cool nights. The HVAC system is ducted to each bedroom, both hot and cold air.

16-foot power awning with LED lights that automatically retracts if it gets windy (learned that lesson the hard way on other trailers).

Everything included: Weight-distribution hitch, sway bars, all the hookups you need. Original tires in great shape, no leaks, clean upholstery.

Condition: Really well cared for. Roof, seals, everything looks great.
