RV Description

The only Keystone Raptor 429 listed in Oregon. 13' garage, side patio, bath and a half. Sticker was $128,370.

2021 Keystone Raptor 429 toy hauler fifth wheel. Triple axle, three slides, sleeps 7. Salem, OR.

The 429 is the Raptor with the side patio. It was the first one Keystone built that way and it's still the most expensive floorplan in the line.

Here's why that matters. On most toy haulers the ramp is your patio. So either the ramp is down and your toys are out, or the ramp is up and you have no outdoor space. On this one the ramp is the toy door and the side patio is the front door. You use both. Unload the RZR, close the ramp, and you still have a covered patio with its own door into the kitchen.

The half bath is in the garage, so nobody walks sand through the house. Separate bedroom, loft, bath and a half. You don't feel cramped in it.

What it has:

- 13' garage for RZR, Can-Am, dirt bikes, golf cart

- Side patio and rear ramp patio, both with electric awnings

- Onan 5,500W generator, standard, with its own 30-gallon fuel tank

- Three A/Cs that run at the same time (Omni-Chill)

- 6-point hydraulic auto-leveling

- MORryde suspension, 12" I-beam frame, triple 7,000 lb axles

- King bed, loft, sleeps 7, two 50" TVs, fireplace, on-demand hot water

The generator alone is a $6,000-10,000 option on most trailers. You can't buy this equipment new anywhere near $54,900.

What's wrong with it: one countertop is cracked and the shore power cord needs replacing. That's it. Everything works, A/Cs, generator, all three slides, ramp, leveling, awnings. It's clean but not detailed to dealer standard, and it isn't priced like it is. Independent inspections welcome, bring your own guy.

What else is out there: two other 429s within 500 miles. A 2020 at a dealer in Edgewood WA for $65,000, and a 2021 in Spring Creek NV for $84,500. Nothing in Idaho, nothing else in Oregon. The cheap ones are in Florida, add $4,000-5,000 to get one here and buy it sight unseen.

Towing: roughly 3,600 lb pin, 15,887 dry, 19,000 GVWR. You need a one-ton dually. F350, Ram 3500 or better.

One owner, clean title. Serious offers welcome, owner will negotiate. Come look at it, it shows better than it photographs.
