This 30 foot Trail-lite model 8304S, sleeps 9 and is equipped with a large slide-out. Upgrades include a brand new roof with 3x thicker plywood than original and 50% thicker (60 mil. vs. 40 mil.) EPDM, rubber membrane than original roof, all new vent stacks and skylights. A brand new REC ALPHA PURE 405 watt solar panel (best in the industry) quickly charges the new premium dual 100 amp hour LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) batteries and battery monitoring system. Also, included is a 3,000 watt inverter that allows you to power the 110 volt appliances directly from the dual battery bank (200 amp hours). Also, a brand new "commercial grade" air-conditioner which has only been run for less than 1 hour. The standard features include 3-burner stove-top, convection micro-wave oven, refrigerator/freezer, hot water heater and forced air furnace. Master bed has an upgrade, super comfortable and supportive Queen sized mattress. Motorized tongue jack/light works great. New anti-sway bar, stabilizing bars and hitch are included. New 25 gallon propane tank with new gas hoses with integrate fuel level gauges. Tongue weight: 450 lbs.
