21' Class C motorhome, known for durability and reliability. With approximately 93,000 miles* (see below), on its V6 engine, it runs great, and gets 15-18 MPG. Easy to maneuver and fits in a standard parking space. Due to health issues, we aren’t using it, so it's time to sell. The engine is strong and is regularly maintained. All hoses and belts and timing belt were replaced when we purchased it seven years ago (about 8k miles ago). Engine battery just replaced. Deep cycle battery for camper included. All six tires were replaced just before we stopped using the RV. No leaks, no wrecks. Storage and/or bike rack on the rear.

Sleeps 3 to 5 people -overhead double bed, a convertible dinette suitable for kids, and a single size couch/bed with foam mattress, storage underneath. Lots of storage throughout. Most inside lighting has been converted to LED, we left a few original lights for warm ambiance when desired. Carpet has been replaced with vinyl floor for easy cleaning. The kitchen has a stove (no oven), sink, microwave, and refrigerator. The refrigerator stopped working recently, cost to repair estimated at about $600, or use as an ice chest, it holds temp well. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, shower, overhead fan, clothes closet, and medicine cabinet.

All camper systems, including a gas heater and electric air conditioner, water pump, water heater, gray and black water tanks, work well. When hooked up to power, the 17gal fresh water tank runs on a pump when needed. It is gravity fed if hooked up to a water source. There is an 18 gal gray water tank and 19 Gal black water tank with meters to let you know how full they are. Includes all equipment to dump the tanks. A 25' power cord and adaptor is also included.

*The speedometer/odometer had to be replaced in 2023 at 89,697 miles. Our mechanic found one with higher milage on it than the vehicle has. We have maintenance records and a photo of the original odometer that show the actual milage.

Clean title, vehicle registration good until April, 2026. Last passed smog in May of 2024.
