Listing our 2023 Forest River Salem 33TS with upgrades and active warranty.

Like most, we no longer use it enough to keep it.

The trailer is a 2023 model with the following upgrades:
- Tankless water heater.
- Slider toppers for all three sliders.
- Furrion Vision 7 4-camera system.
- Recurve R6 anti-sway hitch system.
- Extended Warranty (transfers to new owner in private sale)
+ Tire and Wheel Protection Service Contract (ends 01/21/2028).
+ Travel Trailer Service Agreement extended warranty (ends 01/21/2028).

Some standard features:
- 50amp prewire for dual AC unit use.
- Washer/Dryer prep preinstalled.
- Oversized panoramic windows.
- Power tongue jack.
- 21ft power awning.
- External cooking and prep area.
- 200w Solar charging system.

Installed a new Duralast Platinum AGM 885MCA battery in April 2025.

Hopefully can answer some questions ahead of time with the below info:
- Currently storing the camper near highway 521 in north Lancaster (29720).
- Camper is not under an assumable loan.
+ Happy to provide additional info needed if someone is applying for external financing.
- Open to working with someone based on a financially reasonable offer.
+ Not open for trades.
- The Tire and Wheel protection applies to both the camper and the vehicle towing the camper.
- Deductible tier for the trailer service agreement is $100 per claim.
- No additional items or accessories, excluding what is pictured.
