In good shape and well cared for. All three tires (includes the spare) are new as of two months ago. Slight scratches from branches here and there and normal wear and tear. All plumbing and electrical is in good working order. Same goes for the stove and propane/electric fridge. I took the microwave out and will leave you with a nice little Our Place airfryer/oven. The house batteries still hold a charge, but need replacement soon. No footstep.

I replaced the mattress with an 8" tempurpedic with medium-firm support. Installed 4 LED USB lighting strips by Govee lining the countertop, bed, bunks, and one above the kitchen countertop as well. They're really fun. I turned them all to red so I wouldn't blow out my vision at night while doing night photography, but they can be any color and any dimness or full blown party mode (audio reactive, even straight from your phone via the Govee app). I also took out the kitchen table and cut a 4x8' butcher down and and sat it on the backs of the kitchen chairs. It's a large production desk. I still have the original kitchen table and supports though, so it's your call.

I'll leave you with the butcher board, and mounted powerstrip underneath (each outlet has an on/off switch), as well as the two articulating arms 1) laptop, and 2) 32" monitor, custom mounted - you get the actual monitor too (but not the laptop)!!! Makes a great TV while laying in bed.

Bunks are bunks, not much to say there. I use them as storage.
