40' 2008 COUNTRY COACH Allure 470 MCKENZIE BRIDGE for sale. Reason for selling is that I have bought a home. Thought I would full-time in this coach for longer but needed to move into a house with my kids. I am the 3rd owner.

Coach is located in Bedford, MA just NW of Boston, MA.

Services Performed:

-Flush and replace transmission fluids and filters with like-NEW Allison Transmission. Approx 20k miles on the transmission. Installed at Premier RV in Junction City, OR. Over $40k spent.

-New Fuel Filter, New Air/Water Separator Filter, Valve cover gasket replaced, NEW ARD Head installed (Aftertreatment Regeneration Device) at CAT dealer

-New WET PTO installed with new Allision Transmission

-Aqua Hot fully serviced including NEW circulation pump and NEW Fuel Solenoid

Over $70k put into this RV in the last year. Hate to part with it but I just need more space with my kids. You will be the lucky owner of this pristine coach after all the work that has been put into it.

The generator needs to be serviced at a Cummins dealer or business that can do that. Has an issue with the starter. I may be able to get that done before the sale.
