2024 Rockwood Roo 233S Expandable Hybrid 

Bought new last summer. We camped in it a few times, essentially it’s brand new! Great layout with large center area with U shaped dinette and jackknife sofa. Sleeps 10, with 3 queen beds (1000 pound weight limit/ each bed) that have fans for the hot nights and heated mattresses for the cool nights. The jackknife sofa and dinette slide also convert into beds! Camper has been stored inside and has been unwinterized, tanks sanitized and completely ready to camp. We added a slide topper at purchase and this camper comes with the new hitch. This model has a TV, dual entry refrigerator/ freezer, microwave, stove, oven, outdoor griddle x2 and table, large pantry and storage area under beds and above sofa. Two ceiling vents with fans and caps. Bathroom has large linen closet and medicine cabinet for convenient storage of toiletries and towels. Shower has solid enclosure and skylight. Solid heavy duty steps with wraps to trap sand/dirt.  Solar panels and backup camera ready! Awning is also powered and is black on both sides.  You can also control your awning, lights, slide through the We RV app on your phone.  All the bells and whistles!  Please message anytime with any questions or if you would like more photos!
