This 2019 Grand Design Momentum 376TH has been stored in a climate-controlled facility and is in outstanding condition. The trailer has full body paint and looks brand new inside and out. It also has new tires and several important upgrades. Performance Braking disc brakes were professionally installed along with new wheel bearings, this upgrade is a must on this model. In addition, Morryde CRE3000 suspension has also been added, as well as a Lippert flex-air pinbox. This unit comes with a rear camera with monitor and a tire pressure monitoring system, which are added safety bonuses when going on your adventures.

You will love all of the entertainment space that this Grand Design Momentum model 376TH has to offer. This unique toy hauler fifth wheel features a garage below the rear bedroom, a front living layout. In the rear beneath the master bedroom you will find a deep garage that is perfect for your street bike or golf cart. Loading and unloading will be easy using the rear ramp door. Above the garage space is the master bedroom with a great bed. Enjoy a great night's sleep on the queen size bed with nightstands on either side, which includes shelves in cabinets, and 2 closets, plus overhead cabinets above the bed. There is plenty of storage space for your clothing in the bedroom slide out with two closets and 6 drawers, plus there is also a wall mounted LED TV . the bath is in the hallway between the bedroom and kitchen area. Inside there is toilet, a vanity, overhead storage, and a shower with skylight and seat. Step down outside the bathroom into a spacious kitchen and dining area featuring two opposing slides. There is a free standing dinette in the curb side slide out. Opposite a second slide features a pantry, a three burner range with overhead microwave oven, and an 18 cu. ft. four door refrigerator/freezer, and storage drawers. On one side of the kitchen you will find a space that has been prepped for a washer and dryer if you choose to add them, or use this space as a second pantry. There is a hutch, with storage and counterspace next to this pantry. A larger hutch with more counter space and storage is located on the opposite wall, just inside the main side entry door. This is where you will find the One Control system. The kitchen island features a double sink for easy clean up, lots of counterspace, and extra storage drawers and cabinet. Up three steps takes you to the raised front living and entertainment area. There is an electric reclining loveseat with cupholders facing the entertainment center. Both opposing slides in this front area feature a queen size tri-fold sofa bed which allows for plenty of seating during daytime hours and sleeping when you entertain overnight guests. The front wall offers a telescoping TV with fireplace and cabinets making this a great space to enjoy the company of your family and friends!

Outside the trailer has plenty of storage with two pass through basements. There is also an outdoor kitchen and TV. The unit has two 14 foot awnings and three air conditioners.
