Interior: Spacious living area with two captain's chairs, sofa, dinette, high ceiling, and ceiling fan. Yeah! Room for a nice ceiling fan.
Cooling: Two AC units. Original equipment motor replaced Feb. 2020. 2nd unit added new Feb. 2020. 2nd uses standard 15 amp power so can run while in driveway.
Propane: Two 30-gallon propane tanks. Currently one full; one half+
Frame: 4" lift manufactured by Magnum Trailer. Our F250 also up 4 and ALSO 4 SALE.
Stabilization: BAL lock-arms for front stabilization. Steel tri-pod support for hitch.
Slide-Outs: Main serviced Nov 2019 and kept lubricated. Bedroom slide-out closet had gear box replaced Nov 2019. Both work fine.
Entertainment: 39" Toshiba smart TV, audio control for multiple areas, CD player, am/fm and weather band radio. At asking price, includes DISH Tailgater satellite antenna and & Wally receiver with remote.
Kitchen: 4-burner gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, ample storage, large counter space.
Sleeping: Queen-sized bed w/ memory foam mattress. Air mattress in sofa w/ electric inflation, not uncomfortable fold out. Dinette converts to bed. Sleeps 6 total.
Bathroom: Shower, porcelain toilet, and sink.
Exterior: Power awning, outdoor gas stove, outdoor mini-frig, lots of lights, sound speakers, storage compartments, outside shower.
Storage: Two large storage areas under front bedroom, large storage under queen bed with hydraulic lifts, and abundant storage throughout the living area.
Utilities: Gas/electric refrigerator, gas/electric hot water heater, gas furnace.
Maintenance and Condition
Tires: New as of Feb. 2019, estimated 16-17,000 miles. Always stored under vinyl tire covers. Scissor style, X-Chock Wheel Stabilizers. Four vinyl wheel covers.
Bearings: Re-done by dealer in 2024.
Awning: Looks fine; works fine, but likely to need replacement in a couple of years. Awning tape currently in places. Motor works fine.
Roof: Does not leak. EternaBond tape applied in several places. Recommend
covered storage.
Winterizing: Easy with compressed air.

Easy to host two couples for dinner, cards, movies, etc.
