The 2005 Fleetwood Terra 32S is a Class A motorhome that offers a luxurious and spacious living experience on the road. I purchased this RV about a year ago and have been renovating and updating it. Our plan in retirement was to travel and I wanted this machine to take us places without me worrying about mechanical issues. Well, now I have a medical issue and we are having to downsize our home and we will not have a place to keep it. Best plans can change in a heartbeat.

Things I have done:

Mechanical: rear stabilizer bar, front springs and ball joints, steering parts for stability, new battery, engine plugs & wires, updated and new brake master cylinder, new tires (1 year old - 4,000 miles), new step motor and gears.

It is a GM chassis and has an 8.1L Workhorse engine that runs perfectly. It drives great with all the stabilizing additions I have made. It was originally owned by a couple north of LA. They just used it to go to the beach with grandkids. I flew out to LA, put new tires on it and drove it across country home. It did great. I encountered severe winds so that's why I added all the stabilizing items to the frame.

Inside: new flooring, new stove and microwave, backup camera, new updated WIFI radio, installed new large TV in living room, installed new dash camera, new toilet, new shelving and LED lights in main hall closet.

New roof coated a bit over a year ago. New awnings also at that time.

We decided that we needed a car so we bought a Ford Fiesta (only a few vehicles are able to be flat towed) and set that up with the towing equipment that is included. If you want a good small car to tow, I will sell this car for the book value. The towing package was about $4k. It has about 48,000 miles on it. We took a trip from Richmond, VA to Charleston, SC for our first trip towing and I honestly couldn't tell the car was behind the RV.

Due to my situation, everything we bought for camping will be included (its a lot and all new). water hoses - filter and pressure valve, electric connectors for all situations, outside floor mat, new Coleman gas grill, telescoping ladder, vacuum, large area of dog fencing, I'm sure I am forgetting stuff, but you have virtually all you will need to just go.

RV Trader recommended pricing was a bit over $30K. I am pricing is very low only because I have to sell it and will have no place to park it, not because of any issues. We are just west of the Richmond, VA area.
