Maintenance:
Tires are in very good shape (has been parked for 3+years)/ No leaks/Working brake lights/AC & Heater work perfectly/Refrigerator, Endless Hot Water Heater, and Microwave all replaced within the past 2 years/Interior has all been updated to Mid-Century Modern Style/Two interior lights do not have light covers (sold to us that way)/Two spots on the living room floor are uneven and we did not have a chance to fix/Window valences have been removed to let in natural light.
