We've had this trailer since 2016, and it's been great for us two. We don't use it as much anymore, so we're looking to sell it.

No known leaks. Everything works, including the fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stovetop burners, a/c, heater, water heater, water pump, toilet, shower, outdoor shower, powered jack, awning, speakers, and stabilizer jacks. Also comes with a cover and equalizer hitch.

Full size bed. Good, large kitchen table that can also be converted into a bed.

Plenty of storage underneath and around the top over the bed and kitchen table.

Newer batteries purchased about a year or two ago. We also had an inverter professionally installed under the kitchen table so you can get a little 120v power when off the grid without a generator, which is helpful for small things like a phone (don't use it A LOT though or it'll drain a lot of the 6V batteries).

The previous owner had a dish on top for TV I assume, but we've never used it. That's the only thing we're not sure about.

Couple small things and maintenance items that should happen soon.

1) We have not replaced the tires. They aren't extremely worn though since we didn't use the trailer that much.

2) A small plastic piece on the latch for the water heater panel on the outside broke off, and we've been using a workaround with a bolt to keep it secure.

3) When we replaced the batteries last time, we had to change the terminal connections to the RV. They're safe and work fine, but they could be replaced with the original style so it's easier to hook up and unhook the batteries.
