RV Description
The vehicle is a passenger van that was converted to a camper set-up in 2022. It has been well maintained and is in excellent condition. Oil changes were made every 5000 miles. The tires are new. Wheels are 2022 Mercedes. It gets approximately 19 MPG. Both seats swivel. Floor is extended black granite. It has a beautiful large skylight. Heating and cooling is from the front only. A 12 gallon demand pump water system was installed but as yet has not been fully connected. It has a Domatic refrigerator system. The refrigerator unit has worked perfectly, like everything else, on all of our mostly two week long trips off of the engine alternator without fail.
The granite floor, stainless steel counter, window blinds, skylight, cabinets, and Corbusier chair make it classy but still durable.
Bottom line, it is a very simple but effective Conversion, eliminating the often complex systems that many campers have. It is a great driver that we have often used in town because of its ease and size. Unlike the 170 and high roof, it offers way more flexibility. Price: $35,000
