My 30' 2006 / 2007 Forest River Lexington GTS 300SS is a Class C motorhome with 54,000 miles on the odometer.

Kitchen: Brand new microwave, double sink with mixer faucet, Corian work surface, 3 gas burner stove top, residential fridge freezer (electric, gas and battery)

Sleeping: Queen bed (N to S) memory mattress, dinette converts to kiddie bed, sofa jack knife to full bed.

Living: 4 seater dinette, vinyl sofa in great condition, 1 slide out (dinette & sofa area on driver side)

Driving: Seats in great condition mixture of cloth and  vinyl. back up camera, Ford E-450 6.8L V10 engine, 5 speed automatic overdrive. A/c multiple cup holders.

Outside: Manual awning (replaced 2024) Slide out topper awning (replaced 2024) plenty of storage compartments. Pass through storage at rear. 

Various other additions and upgrades.

I am a 73 year old grandmother and have had this rig for 4 years having never owned or traveled in any RV before. I love this life and only selling to upgrade to diesel class 'A' so I can travel and live in for the next couple of years. This camper is perfect for the first timer or a small budget. I have learnt so much from traveling and meeting other folk. Very solid rig and built very well, it drives amazingly well ( just returned from trip to NC boondocking and campsites) with no problem often cruise at 70mph plus.
