- Bathroom fan has inconsistent performance (Two new MaxxAir Fans- included in under-storage bins, just need installed)
· Slide Out:
- Extends about 75% of the way before requiring manual operation to finish extending and to retracting. (I lived full time in the RV and it didnt interfere with my comfort or daily use). With a little attention, it could be restored to full functionality.
· Dashboard A/C:
- Currently operational but may require attention for improved cooling efficiency

The RV is presently located in quiet Webster, Florida (near the well-known Webster Flea Market) and is available for viewing by appointment only. Please note that the RV is in an RV Resort with prepaid rent through June 2025. After June 1st, it will be moved to a storage location.
