Here is a 1997 Roadtrek 190 Popular set on a Dodge 3500 Maxivan chassis. This was elderly driven was maintained very, very well. The photos do not do this unit justice, it truly looks better in person. You’d probably notice the paint gleams and the graphics still look fantastic. Being a California unit, the entire undercarriage is extremely clean. In fact the frame is still factory white. Factory ordered American Racings really make it pop.
Inside, it’s impressive. Everything is super clean, the cabinetry is made of solid wood, and is in great condition. This was special ordered from Roadtrek with the extra wardrobe for a lot of added storage. Unlike many new models that feel flimsy, this Class B was built with quality. From the commercial Dodge chassis and drivetrain, to the Roadtrek rv conversion, it’s all a testament of a time when quality and craftsmanship was in fashion.  
It’s fully self-contained with a shower, toilet, and a full kitchen that includes a sink, a two-burner stove, a three-way refrigerator, and a microwave. It’s also climate controlled, equipped with a roof air conditioner, exhaust fan, and a furnace to keep you cozy.
There’s a rear lounging area that doubles as a twin/king size sleeping space. Storage is plentiful, which is always a bonus. Plus, this van carries its original stickers throughout the interior, exterior, and even under the hood. Outside you have a patio light, a spare tire mounted underside, and awning brackets ready to pop on an awning! As seen in the photos, original manuals from Roadtrek are still preserved and available. 
If you’re in search of a carefully used Class B that has been properly stored and maintained, this is it.
