Adorable Restored Vintage 1963 Airstream Safari was completely remodeled and redesigned inside, to include: all new electric, plumbing, subfloor, top floor, added shower and toilet, three burner stovetop (propane), microwave, refrigerator (electric), and all custom cabinetry. Booth seating in front, with custom upholstered cushions, converts to a comfortable queen size bed. Table top is butcherblock as well as the cabinet countertops. The side bench seat, which has storage underneath, also converts to a comfortable twin size bed. We added a new axel with electric brake system, on-demand hot water heater, new AC (Dometic), and an outside storage basket attached to the back. The exterior is the beautiful original polished aircraft-grade aluminum which has never leaked. We have loved our travels in this camper, using the full hook-up sites. It is very easy to tow and it is always a show-stopper at every campground - and even at gas stops! If you love vintage charm but also want the conveniences of today, this is your camper!
