This unit is located on private property with elec and water hook ups so you are able to check everything.

Pictures available upon request. We are also including an upgraded short queen mattress, the mattress toppers for the bunks, and the sheets for everything. The bunks never used. Plus the upgraded 30lb propane tanks and cover. The roof vents were upgraded with covers to prevent leakage and breakage. We also added an electric hitch to the front and a battery shut off. This camper was used 1 full summer in 2022, and then parts of 2023 and only 3 times in 2024 due to extensive medical issues. Great condition and always winterized.
